Understanding your Requirements
To enable us to design a website that meets your requirements the first thing that we need to do is understand exactly what you expect your website to do for you. This may sound an obvious thing to do however many web design companies don’t focus enough on this critical part of the design process and the result is that clients often receive a website solution that does not bring them the business that they expect it to.
Website Design
Once we understand your objectives we can start to design your website. We will either provide you with some example designs that will give you an idea of how the finished website will be structured and also the type of functionality it will contain. Alternatively if you have details of any websites that you would like your new design to be based upon just send these to us and we will structure your new website in a similar fashion.
Once you are happy with the design layout we will create your website on one of our test servers so you can actually see your website being built. Your new website will initially contain sample text and images to enable you get a feel for what the end product will look like.
Moving from Development to Production.
Before your website goes live we need to replace the “dummy” text and images with content related to your business. We will provide a set of royalty free images for your website unless you have specific images that you wish to use. You will also need to provide us with content to replace the dummy text. (unless you have chosen our website copyrighting service then we will create all the content for you.)
When you are happy with your new website we will fully test functionality including the delivery of all website forms to your chosen email addresses. We will then prepare the website to be transferred onto your permanent domain.
Hosting your Website
Your website will be hosted on one of our state of the art managed servers. Hosting your website on our servers includes the following benefits.
